*Yearly Rates based on 6 months on lot and 6 months off lot.
1. Garbage pick-up is included with the price of the lot rent.
2. Telephone, wireless internet and cable tv are available at each lot. Each resident is responsible for making arrangements for the services.
3. You are resposible for your own lawn care.
4. Resident's pet Must be registered upon arrival. Vaccinations records must be current and provided at registration. ALL pets must be under 25" tall and under 25 pounds.
5. All overnight guests Must be registered at the Office. Under NO circumstances is a guest/visitor allowed to bring a pet to the Resort.
Storage for fishing boats, etc are provided at NO additional charge in our storage area.
